- 1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 egg (whisked with 1 tbsp water, for egg wash)
- 7 mozzarella sticks (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil, parsley, and rosemary
- Marinara sauce (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 33 small squares.
- Wrap each square around a piece of mozzarella to form dough balls.
- Arrange the dough balls into a tree shape on the baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter with Parmesan and fresh herbs, then brush over the baked bread.
- Serve warm with marinara or your favorite dip.
